My first layout is my entry for the challenge at Lets Get Shabby where the inspiration for this month is architecture.
I started off using Distress Ink on all the edges, then I got carried away with the different paints, and inks and the layout kind of evolved. In the end its probably ended up more artsy than shabby, but I had fun creating it, and I think it shows off the photos. I have two journalling tags tucked behind the photos.
I used Alcohol Inks over the German Scrap archway to give it some golden tones.
This one's for the Born 2 Create challenge which was to get shabby again'' and create a shabby chic layout using the following...... lace, stitching, flowers, fabric, a lovely journal tag, paper tearing and distressing, layers, and the word Special.
Gorgeous-Gorgeous!! Wonderful details on these pages and wonderful photos.
